With the Request Management module, you are able to create easily, your request and follow them whenever you need.
What will be possible with the module:
- Create requests with 4 dedicated forms:
- Damage Report: for your request about a damage
- Documentation Request: for your request about technical publication or Referential documentation (Certificates, Quality forms, Traceability)
- Standard Exchange/Lease: for your request for quote or order any standard exchange or Lease
- Other: for your request about Portal access, EDI or Training
- Modify and/or fulfill information on your request
- Follow the progress and status of your request
- Communicate directly with Safran Nacelles Team
