Upon receip of your request, Safran studies the validation in max 5 days.

  • Dear team,
    I am a power plant engineer and often need to report and request for damages related to Safran Nacelle components operated by hainan airlines.
    The new Nacelle Life Portal has created this APP- new request that customers can raise their requests for engineering support during operation. I has noticed that my account is only permitted to review the recent activities and not authorized for access to raise new request. Thus, I have to raise new request by this email: support.sna@customer.safrangroup.com and consequently I can not review the process status of my requests.
    So, could you help to authorize my account to access to this APP of new request?
