Automatic Claim Closure: When a warranty claim remains in "waiting for details" status for more than 90 days (without any response from the customer), it will automatically move to "Resolved" status.
Addition of Reason for Warranty Claim Reopening: Due to a high number of warranty claim reopenings without supporting justification from customers, two mandatory fields have been added to require justification when requesting to reopen a claim.
