Warranty
  • Automatic Claim Closure: When a warranty claim remains in "waiting for details" status for more than 90 days (without any response from the customer), it will automatically move to "Resolved" status.

  • Addition of Reason for Warranty Claim Reopening: Due to a high number of warranty claim reopenings without supporting justification from customers, two mandatory fields have been added to require justification when requesting to reopen a claim.

 
Orderbook
  • Increased Cart Line Limit in E-SPARE Cart: The maximum number of lines in the cart has been increased from 10 to 50.
  • Order Line View Enhancements: Delivery note and tracking information have been added to the Order Line View within the order book.
 
Any other request
  • Remove "AOG" option from general support requests
